Greta is a passionate industry professional with more than a decade of experience in building trusted relationships with her clients. A lifelong healthcare champion, Greta assists with the creation of overall employee benefits strategy and provides account management with support on all program deliverables. Formerly an executive director at Arthritis Foundation, Greta uses her experience in the nonprofit sector to build successful programs through strategic planning, relationship management and harnessing employee engagement for better plan outcomes. She earned a BA in Psychology from The Ohio State University.

Serving as Director of Marketing & the CARES Program, Dina is also the co-founder of HealthDiscovery.org. Dina’s team is responsible for continuing education (CE) events, digital marketing, and the internal, philanthropic CARES program. A committed Board Member of the Gloucester County Women’s Club with a passion for community engagement & advocacy, Dina has made a lasting impact through her work in both corporate and nonprofit sectors.

Abba Belgrave is a marketing professional with 10 years of health insurance experience. She contributes to thought leadership on topics including employee advocacy, benefits navigation and strategies to reduce administrative burden while improving employer and employee outcomes. Andrew Bloom is a results-driven insurance industry executive. He has expertise in healthcare, sales and service operations, organizational leadership, client satisfaction, product development, vendor management and service delivery optimization. As one of the original officers of Corporate Synergies, Andrew has served at the epicenter of the firm’s rapid evolution into one of the largest and most respected group employee benefits brokers in the nation.
Senior Benefits Consultant
Eric Brewer is an accomplished healthcare professional with a strong background in HRIS technology, benefits administration and Affordable Care Act compliance. He supports Corporate Synergies’ Florida regional clients by identifying their benefit goals and financial objectives, understanding their service requirements and ensuring the appropriate Corporate Synergies resources are engaged in the process. He has a continuing presence on accounts as a relationship manager.

Chris works with organizations to provide cost-effective strategies and efficient healthcare programs. His skill set includes marketing negotiations with carriers and managing client relationships. He consistently interacts with the insurance market, clients and their industries, leading to a deeper understanding of the evolving healthcare landscape and how it impacts his clients and employees. He identifies cost-saving alternatives and strategies designed to increase the value of benefit programs for all stakeholders. He ensures client satisfaction through the application of customer service best practices. Chris earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and a Master of Business Administration degree from Quinnipiac University. He holds licenses in Life, Accident and Health/Property & Casualty Insurance.

Olga Cameron is the Senior Team Lead for BenefitsVIP, leading a participant support team that delivers concierge-level service to HR partners, employees, and their dependents. She plays a key role in supporting BenefitsVIP technology platforms and regularly participates in employee webinars and client presentations.
Director of Employee Education, Communications and Wellness
Gary Cassidy and Corporate Synergies’ internal creative team generate professional, branded programs that support clients and engage and educate their employees. These programs engender heightened benefits literacy, enabling employees to properly enroll in, understand and use their benefits. As Director of Employee Education, Communications and Wellness, Gary works closely with account management teams to develop communication and wellness strategies that drive positive changes in workforce behavior and help clients control benefit costs.

John brings nearly 30 years of experience and expertise to his role as Senior Vice President of Corporate Synergies and as lead consultant to a broad array of organizations across all industries from private and public sector companies to non-profit organizations and associations. John expertly aids in the negotiation, design, implementation and servicing of their employee benefits programs. He has particular success reducing employer costs while maintaining high-value, comprehensive healthcare.
Chief Marketing Officer
With more than 30 years of experience, Brian has expertise in a wide range of areas, including marketing, communications, demand generation, advertising, public relations, web management, social media, program development, financial management, event planning and community relations. His specialized skill set encompasses marketing and public relations, professional writing, special event management, public speaking, contract negotiation, staff development, strategic planning, cause marketing, and media relations. Previously, Brian had a progressive 23-year career in marketing with Canon.
Vice President of Underwriting
Luciano Franco oversees Corporate Synergies’ underwriting experts and functions, and is responsible for ensuring a common standard across the enterprise. He joined Corporate Synergies in 2007 after more than a decade of underwriting experience with CIGNA. He manages staff underwriters who provide in-depth guidance to clients and Corporate Synergies’ account service teams.

Tim Hayden is an accomplished healthcare executive with more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience in all phases of the employee benefits industry. He has earned an industry-wide reputation as a creative developer of benefits solutions. He has overall management responsibility for a team of benefits professionals serving Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Virginia.

Alexis Holdcroft provides account management support and supervises day-to-day program deliverables for clients serviced by the Corporate Synergies Columbia, Maryland, regional office.

Steve Horvat designs and implements value-based benefit programs that mitigate risk, not transfer it. He reduces employer costs through in-depth research, strategic plan design, claims data analysis and diligent negotiations.

Ray is an analytics-driven account management professional who possesses a balance of vision, a consultative approach, and the ability to execute tactically. He draws upon his expertise with data development and analysis to guide employers in the design of benefit programs that emphasize cost control and higher value for the organization and the plan participant.

Dan Kuperstein, Senior Vice President of Compliance, is an attorney with experience in a broad array of sophisticated employee benefits and labor and employment matters, including ERISA, the Affordable Care Act, COBRA, HIPAA and GINA compliance. His experience includes representation of both public and private companies and health and pension plans. Dan is a respected thought leader on Healthcare Reform and has published articles on the Affordable Care Act and other laws and regulations.

Kim McBee is an accomplished healthcare professional with expertise with short- and long-term program strategy, healthcare reform and compliance, funding alternatives, wellness plans, benchmarking, benefits administration, underwriting, actuarial services, and utilization analysis.

Bryan McManaway takes a consultative approach to employee benefits, helping public sector clients navigate an evolving benefits landscape. He brings deep expertise working with schools, municipalities and libraries. Prior to joining CSG, Bryan served as a Group Account Executive, where he developed and launched the New York Library Dental Cooperative, a large buying group for small libraries. He also led the first carve out of a Long Island school district’s retirees from the New York State Health Insurance Program, generating more than $2 million in savings. Bryan is Vice President of the Bay Shore Rotary Club and a member of ASBO, LIVCTA and NYLA, organizations that support public entity financial leadership. He holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Suffolk University and is a licensed New York State life, health and accident insurance broker.

Benefits Consultant and voluntary product expert Nicholas Park has 10 years of experience with benefits consulting firms, focusing on self-insurance plan creation, executive benefits and voluntary implementation. Since 2011, he has provided consulting services to New York area Corporate Synergies clients.

He currently serves as Board Secretary for the Westchester Human Resource Management Association (WHRMA). He earned a Bachelor of Sciences in Business Management from the University of Delaware

Steve Schwartz has a wealth of plan design, claims analysis, stop loss and underwriting experience. As the leader of the New York region, he manages a large team of talented benefit consultants and support staff.
Vice President, Account Management
Pam identifies client goals and objectives, understands service requirements, and engages the appropriate people and resources to create an exceptional standard of client satisfaction. She works closely with internal functional teams to maximize communications of client needs and ensures all deliverables are attained as promised. Pam has expertise in strategy development, negotiations, communications, claims analysis, alternative funding arrangements, marketing, compliance and Healthcare Reform. Previously, she worked in customer service and business account management, and managed key accounts for US Healthcare. She has prior key account management through her association with Aetna. Pam earned a bachelor’s degree in English from Lafayette College. She is licensed in Life, Accident and Health insurance in the states of NY, NJ and CT.
Senior Vice President
Matt Strain is responsible for the design and coordination of the client’s health and welfare benefits program. In this critical role, he identifies the employer’s goals, objectives and service requirements and then unites the appropriate Corporate Synergies resources to execute the program. He works closely with the Director of Account Management to meet all client needs and to ensure that deliverables are attained as promised. He has a continuing presence on the client’s account as a relationship manager.
Director of Client Solutions
Luray is the driving force behind new client solution service launches. She is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Benefits Administration and Technology team, creating and driving standard processes and coordinating all client solutions-related activities. She is also responsible for the implementation and maintenance of all business administration technology and workflow automation. Her team of experienced professionals serves as the project manager and facilitator for and between the various internal departments, the client and third-party vendors. They have responsibility for the complete and timely implementation of the benefit solution, such as BenefitsVIP, COBRA, surveys, total compensation statements, as well as fully outsourced benefits administration services.

Travis’ account management philosophy is characterized by a commitment to service excellence and long-term relationship-building. He draws upon expertise in the mid-sized employer market, fully insured and self-insured funding arrangements, and various lines of coverage to provide optimal client solutions. Travis manages renewal consultation, carrier negotiations, employee communications and wellness, and the smooth implementation of benefit programs. Travis is a prior Business Insurance magazine “40 Under 40” award recipient. The 40 Under 40 program recognizes individuals for their insurance broker leadership, client service skills, professional achievements, influence on the marketplace and benefits expertise.

Rachel is a trusted advisor focused on client satisfaction, Rachel provides exceptional service and effective communication to ensure her clients’ objectives are met. Rachel is responsible for day-to-day client support and coordinating with other Corporate Synergies teams to execute the client’s benefits program. Rachel partners with her clients and, through strategizing renewal, open enrollment, and impactful initiatives such as benefits education and employee engagement, ultimately delivers measurable results.
Client Engagement Manager
Erin Wilson specializes in PlanSource client account management, building and preserving excellent client and carrier relationships, and EDI proficiency. She is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, monitoring, and troubleshooting client benefit admin systems. She coordinates internal support for best client service and system configuration success. Erin attended the University of Tampa and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies, with a focus on Interdisciplinary Studies. TESOL certified and taught Kindergarten English in Thailand for six months.
Vice President of Account Management
Christian is an experienced health and welfare consultant with expertise across all aspects of employee benefits, including funding strategies, employee contributions, benchmarking, underwriting and long term planning. He works closely with clients to define objectives and align the right team resources to achieve their goals, serving as both relationship manager and lead consultant. Prior to joining Corporate Synergies, Christian specialized in private equity clients and led a new hire benefits analyst training program with an emphasis on presentation skills. He earned a bachelor’s degree in history and communications from Roger Williams University and holds both the Group Benefit Associate designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and The Wharton School, as well as the Group Benefit Disability Specialist designation from The Hartford School of Insurance and The National Underwriter Company.
