As Team Lead for Corporate Synergies’ internal benefits administration department, Client Solutions, Debra Greenberg bridges the gap between employers and complex benefits systems, ensuring programs run smoothly and align with our clients’ goals.
In this critical role, she ensures that all health insurance coverages and other perks are administered accurately and efficiently. As she puts it, “we set up an ecommerce style site for a plethora of platforms so that you can shop for your benefits”. To this end, Debra handles a myriad of tasks alongside her team of specialists.
Her close collaboration with insurance carriers, vendors, and client HR teams ensures the seamless integration of benefits platforms and ongoing auditing in compliance with regulations such as ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, and COBRA.
Ultimately, she ensures that client benefit programs run smoothly, remain cost-effective, and align with client goals. Her expertise helps create a positive employee and employer experience through accurate implementation and ongoing support for each and every client under her purview.
When not assisting employees and employers navigate benefits systems with ease, Deb refines her skills as a professional sommelier who insists there is no such thing as a favorite wine. Choosing her favorite dessert is just as difficult. She loves chocolate but is also a fan of a really good coconut cake with buttercream. It just has to have real coconut all over it to be delicious.

Favorite Season?
I’m not a fan of extreme heat which is why I love the crispness of fall and the emergence of spring.
What has been your most fun experience of 2025?
Each year our department holds a cornhole tournament. It is one of my favorite team traditions. We usually play at a local park. However this year I had the opportunity to host at my house. We turned it into a potluck, and it was an absolute blast, great food, lots of laughs, and some serious cornhole competition. These moments remind me how lucky I am to work with such an amazing team!
