CAMDEN, NEW JERSEY – March 5, 2019 – Corporate Synergies, a national insurance and employee benefits brokerage and consultancy with offices throughout the eastern United States, has announced promotions and hirings of key individuals to the executive team. These staff enhancements will guide the company amid a year of continued growth and strategic expansion.

Growth in local, national and international accounts prompted Corporate Synergies to bolster and solidify its accomplished senior leadership team for continued success. The company launched its management enhancements with the promotions—announced in January—of two key executives: Andrew Bloom to President and Chief Operating Officer, and Mike Lisa to President and Chief Growth Officer.

Hyong Jin Park, Chief Information Officer
After more than seven years with the company, Vice President of Operations Hyong Jin Park has been named Chief Information Officer (CIO).

“Data is the heartbeat of our service platform as well as our clients’ success,” said Bloom. “Our operations and IT infrastructure are closely aligned to our ability to execute and deliver on behalf of clients. As CIO, Hyong Jin will develop strategies to harness, store and distribute data internally to teams and externally to clients.”

Raymond Kim, Regional Vice President of Account Management, Metro Philadelphia
A member of the Corporate Synergies team for 14 years, Ray Kim draws upon his experience in day-to-day account management, data development, claims analysis and plan execution to mentor account teams and service clients. He oversees account professionals who support clients in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.

“Ray has consistently been one of our top performers. He has built a reputation for his work ethic and a steadfast focus on results,” said Lisa. “He leads a talented group of account management professionals who are driven to service excellence.”

Kim most recently served as Vice President of Account Management in the Philadelphia region. He joined Corporate Synergies as an Account Manager in 2005.

Twenty-five-year benefits industry veteran Ami Shah “has built a reputation as a trusted benefits advisor and a technical expert with a history of establishing meaningful client relationships,” said Bloom.  “She is a talented and knowledgeable consultant with the vision it takes to make a measurable difference to our company and clients.”

Robert Flicker, New York Regional Vice President of Account Management
With nearly three decades in the benefits field, Flicker is an expert in benefits program design.
