COMPREHENSIVE LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Corporate Synergies provides exceptional ongoing staff education through an internal university training program. Training consists of lesson plans personalized for each staff member and based on needs analysis, market trends and target competencies that tie back to our Individual Development Plan (IDP) process. The IDP is a collaborative approach between the employee, supervisor and senior management to create a one-, two- and three-year personalized learning plan for each team member.

Developing Future Leaders Training & Development Program
Corporate Synergies designed Leadership Pathways to help leaders-to-be get ready for new challenges and responsibilities. Through role-playing, projects, assignments and other training scenarios, candidates explore leadership roles such as strategist, change agent, coach, manager, communicator, mentor, and team member. And candidates learn how to develop his or her own unique leadership style that will take them to the next level on the road to success.
