As Director of Account Management, Susan Kempter offers her deep expertise in employee benefits, population health management, benefits administration and more to her clients. She evaluates their short and long term business goals to create benefits program strategies that improve employee engagement and close budget gaps.

Susan’s benefits savvy earned her a 2025 Delaware Valley HR Strategic Ally of the Year nomination. A distinction bestowed upon her by her own client. So we aren’t the only ones who think she is great!

She recommends alternative plan designs and contribution strategies to enhance overall productivity. Susan also develops and negotiates contract terms, rates, plans and schedules, and evaluates the marketplace for vendor alternatives to ensure cost-effectiveness. She assists in the development of communication campaigns in support of enrollment and wellness strategies. She draws upon her knowledge of compliance and coordinates general regulatory support with our in-house compliance team. As such, she orchestrates the deployment of corporate-wide resources to provide her clients with comprehensive benefit solutions.
