Our Team

Matthew Strain
Matt Strain is responsible for the design and coordination of the client’s health and welfare benefits program. In this critical role, he identifies the employer’s goals, objectives and service requirements and then unites the appropriate Corporate Synergies resources to execute the program. He works closely with the Director of Account Management to meet all client needs and to ensure that deliverables are attained as promised. He has a continuing presence on the client’s account as a relationship manager. Matthew earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Boston University.

Kelly Hoffman
Over the last 20 years, Kelly Hoffman has accumulated an exceptional understanding of the insurance industry and the challenges clients face in terms of cost avoidance, cost mitigation, technology and employee engagement. Her expertise includes client management training and mentorship, employee benefits program design and strategic planning, compliance audits, COBRA administration, corporate wellness programs and more. She is known for her passion and dedication to world-class customer service. She ensures client satisfaction and retention, coordinates internal support and implements best practices. She studied Business Administration at Hudson Valley Community College.
Keelin Brady
Keelin Brady is the liaison between clients, their employees and the carriers, advocating on behalf of all to ensure satisfaction. She manages day-to-day activities in the marketing, analysis, and renewal process for her clients and works closely with carrier underwriters to negotiate competitive pricing. She also participates in renewal strategies and wellness coordination. Keelin earned a bachelor’s degree in human development and family studies from University of Connecticut. She also obtained a master’s degree in business administration from Western Connecticut State University.
John Sokol
John Sokol has more than 10 years’ experience in the employee benefits industry. He identifies client goals and objectives, coordinates renewal and service requirements and engages both carrier and internal resources to achieve client satisfaction. He is adept at strategy development, negotiations, claims analysis and alternative funding arrangements. In his capacity as account manager, John serves as day-to-day contact for all his client’s questions or concerns. John earned a bachelor’s degree in actuarial science from Siena College in Loudonville, New York.
Rachel Zeolla
Rachel Zeolla assists by providing critical team support for all backend functions at Corporate Synergies. Her duties include interfacing with clients on a day-to-day basis, responding to inquiries and providing general support. She assists with the preparation of 5500s, claims reporting, client enrollment materials and other client deliverables. Rachel earned a bachelor’s degree in labor and employment relations from Penn State University.
Alexis Stern
Alexis Stern is a detail oriented benefits professional with experience in benefits and sales. She assists her colleagues by providing critical support for all backend functions at Corporate Synergies. Her duties include interfacing with clients daily, responding to carrier inquiries and offering general support as needed to the Private School Vertical team. She assists with the preparation of 5500s, all claims reporting, client communications and other client deliverables. Alexis earned a bachelor’s degree in international business from the University of Michigan.
Abby Paulisin
Abby Paulisin assists the Private School Vertical team by providing critical team support for all backend functions at Corporate Synergies. Her duties include interfacing with clients on a day-to-day basis, responding to inquiries and providing general support. She assists with the preparation of 5500s, claims reporting, client enrollment materials and other client deliverables. Abby earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from University of Connecticut. She also obtained a master’s degree in healthcare administration from Fairfield University.
