Dan has an extensive background in employee benefits, labor and employment law, and new client development and deep expertise in a broad spectrum of employee benefits-related topics, such as the Affordable Care Act, COBRA, HIPAA, and ERISA and GINA compliance.

Previously, Dan served as an Employee Benefits and Labor and Employment Associate with Fox Rothschild LLP. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Hofstra University School of Law, New York, and graduated with distinction from Indiana University with a Bachelor’s degree in English and Jewish Studies and a minor in Religious Studies. His bar admissions include the states of New York and New Jersey and the Southern District of New York and District of New Jersey Courts.
