About the Presenter
Bob Elmer, Senior Benefits Consultant
Bob is an accomplished Senior Benefits Consultant with more than 20 years of experience in the industry. He plays an active, ongoing consulting role with key clients of 300-5000 employees. His expertise includes strategic program design, financial evaluation, labor negotiations, underwriting, data analysis, health and wellness program design, regulatory compliance, the Affordable Care Act and employee education and communications. He has a continuing presence on accounts as a relationship manager.
Bob began his insurance industry career in 1996 as a Benefits Consultant with Corporate Dynamics, working with the senior partners who eventually founded Corporate Synergies. Bob holds a Life and Health License in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
