With 25 years of sales leadership experience, Randy Shaw is a results-driven sales and operations executive with an exceptional record of hiring, training and motivating inside/outside consultative sales and lead generation teams. His expertise spans executive search and employee benefits and property and casualty brokerage and consulting organizations.
He currently directs Corporate Synergies’ BlueCHiP Sales Development and Career Advancement Program, a 12-month classroom and field training initiative designed to groom the next generation of insurance sales leaders. He joined the firm in 2005 to design and manage its business development strategies and was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2013.
Previously, he served as Vice President Training/Development with Global Employment Solutions, where he lead the firm’s training and development program designed to increase the effectiveness of their national recruiting practice. He also served 11 years as Executive Search Director of Operations and Training for Corporate Information Systems, where he built a national executive recruiting practice focused on the placement of sales executives within the software community. He and his team grew revenue from $1M to more than $10M and tripled the size of the organization servicing clients throughout North America.
Randy studied Economics and Psychology at Rutgers University.
