Utilizing more than two decades of human resources leadership experience, Eileen Fogarty operates as a trusted advisor to Corporate Synergies’ executives and associates. She supports the organization’s intense focus on client satisfaction by directing and executing strategies to attract and retain the industry’s most exceptional benefits professionals. She is also responsible for the strategic planning, development and delivery of HR programs and services to more than 200 Corporate Synergies employees.
Her expertise includes executive and organizational development, consulting, recruiting, talent management, succession/bench strengths initiatives, compensation, benefits, HRIS and payroll.
Prior to joining Corporate Synergies, Eileen served in human resources leadership positions at GMAC Mortgage, including Benefits Manager and Director of HR Operations. She also served as Vice President of Human Resources for GMAC Homes Services, a division of GMAC Mortgage.
