As Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Eileen is responsible for the strategic planning, development and delivery of human resource programs and services to over 200 employees in all Corporate Synergies offices.
Prior to joining Corporate Synergies, Eileen worked for over twenty years at GMAC Mortgage, where she held various roles in HR including Benefits manager, Director of HR Operations and VP of HR for GMAC Homes Services, a division of GMAC Mortgage. During her career, she has been recognized as a HR executive/business partner with a solid record of leadership and a trusted advisor to executives. Her areas of expertise include: Executive and Organizational Development; Consulting, Recruiting; Talent Management; Succession/Bench Strengths Initiatives; Compensation Benefits; HRIS and Payroll.
Eileen and her husband, Jim, have three children and reside in Horsham, PA.
