Andrew Bloom joined Corporate Synergies Group, Inc. in November 2004 as Senior Vice President of Operations. In this role, he is responsible for many of the day-to-day business functions including the organization’s overall delivery model for all Client-related services and solutions. As one of the original officer’s of the company, Andrew has been critical to the firm’s continued growth and ongoing success.
Prior to joining Corporate Synergies, Andrew was the Vice President and Manager of Benefits Administration for Bank of America’s Insurance Services Group where he oversaw all aspects of the Business Unit. Additionally, Andrew developed the Client Services Department, which was the company’s technical support unit and employee call center.
Andrew began his career in the insurance industry over 18 years ago as an employee benefit consultant and maintains extensive knowledge in all facets of employee benefits arena including strategic business planning, performing renewal analysis, developing claims reporting packages and alternate funding projections, maintaining strong carrier relations, understanding regulatory requirements and designing/implementing administrative solutions.
Andrew holds a Pennsylvania Resident Life & Health License and Non-resident licenses in multiple jurisdictions including New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland and Washington, D.C. He graduated from The American University with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a major concentration in Human Resource Management.
