As Regional Vice President you will:
• Source, train & lead a team of Benefits Consultants & Account Management associates for the Atlanta territory.
• Lead and mentor sales team to optimize performance and achieve or surpass regional revenue objectives.
• Continually evaluate effectiveness of Account Management team to provide exceptional service to clients & make necessary changes to ensure client satisfaction.
• Actively participate in sales calls, meetings and prospect presentations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidate will be a strong leader with a proven track record in business development and relationship building. They will have a minimum of 10 years of employee benefits experience with at least 5 years is sales management and a proven ability to develop & manage successful employee benefits sales professionals.
