Executive Vice President, Sales & Account Management
During his 20 years of high-level leadership across diverse markets, Mike Lisa has lived and breathed the complexities of the employee benefits and insurance marketplaces. Today, he manages the company’s rapidly growing North New Jersey, New York and Connecticut region and serves as the executive sponsor for the firm’s Washington, D.C., and Florida markets. He helps the client understand the factors driving benefit cost, develops strategies to increase program value, and fosters an environment of exceptional client service.
His expertise spans union and labor relations, broker and direct sales, Medicare and network negotiations. He served as Vice President of Large Group Sales and Account Management for BenefitMall, where he managed and grew the firm’s multi-million dollar book of business. Previously, as Vice President of Business Services for Aetna U.S. Healthcare, he established new sales and service strategies and managed the firm’s Health, Specialty Health and Group Insurance sales, service and conservation efforts for all products.
Mike earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management from Niagara University and graduated from The University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School Executive Leadership Development Program. He is licensed in health and life insurance in all 50 states.
