Rapoport has joined Corporate Synergies Group as the Chief Compliance Officer. In this role she provides executive oversight and leadership for CSG’s internal compliance efforts.

Prior to joining Corporate Synergies, Ms. Rapoport served in various insurance regulatory and general corporate attorney positions: associate general counsel at AIG, senior counsel and chief privacy officer at Millea Holdings, Inc.’s Tokio Marine Nichido Insurance Group (USA), Japan’s largest non-life insurer. As CCO for Corporate Synergies, Ms. Rapoport is responsible for expanding and implementing CSG compliance initiatives including professional standards, state relations (regulatory and industry associations), corporate authority compliance, client regulatory guidelines. |
