Effective immediately, members may enroll in the paperless EOB (Explanation of Benefits) option. When members select paperless EOBs, they will receive an e-mail notification whenever a claim is processed. The system is free, secure, and simple.

Enhanced Billing Process - Fully or Partially Masked SSNs - for Added Security
Midsize employer’s (51 to 499 employees) – The social security number will remain unmasked because most groups in these markets use this data for payroll reporting. If you do not want to have your employees’ SSNs displayed on their bill at all, the group can then opt to have their SSNs fully or partially masked (revealing only the last for digist of the SSN).
