Philadelphia Business Journal has named Corporate Synergies one of its Best Places to Work in the Philadelphia region. The award recognizes the company’s achievements in creating a positive work environment that attracts and retains employees through a combination of benefits, working conditions and company culture.
Corporate Synergies was one of hundreds to enter, securing its position on this prestigious list based on the strength of its benefits and programs, as evaluated by its employees. This is the fourth straight year that Corporate Synergies has ranked as one of the “Best Places to Work” in the Philadelphia area. The annual award is given by the Philadelphia Business Journal and recognizes local companies dedicated to being an employer of choice.
This prestigious award is based on an employee survey on key areas such as communication within the company, work environment, compensation and benefits, promotions, recognition and corporate social responsibility. The Philadelphia Business Journal’s research partner, Wichita, Kansas-based Quantum Market Research, tabulated the results of thousands of online surveys completed by employees to establish the rank order.
